01For patients: what happens after you send the form
- We read your request — metro or ZIP, clinical goal, insurance and budget. If you attached a calculator snapshot, we see your exact scenario.
- We shortlist by model, not by who pays — cash-pay retainer, fee-for-service with superbills, hybrid membership or in-network telehealth, depending on your plan and budget.
- You approve before anyone contacts you — we email you the shortlist and the questions to ask; we pass your details to a clinic only if you say yes.
- Quote reviews — paste the quote or contract terms in the notes and we compare each line with our benchmarks and the retainer red-flag checklist.

03Corrections from companies and clinics
If a page describes your company’s pricing or model inaccurately, choose the clinician track, set the inquiry type closest to your role, and put the page URL and the correction in the notes. We verify and correct promptly, and we date material corrections. Our standards are on the methodology page.
04What we do with your details
We use what you send only to answer your request. We do not sell it, do not add you to a newsletter, and do not share it with a clinic without your approval. IntegrativeGyn.com is not a healthcare provider, so please keep detailed medical history out of the notes. Full details: privacy.

Yes for patients. You pay nothing for a shortlist or a quote review, and no clinic pays to be placed on your shortlist.
Will clinics call me after I submit?
No clinic receives your details unless you approve the introduction by replying to our email.
Can you tell me which treatment I need?
No. We are not clinicians and do not give medical advice. We help you compare costs, models and contract terms so you can choose a clinician and ask better questions.
How fast will I hear back?
Within two business days for patient and clinician requests. Keep the reference number shown after you submit.
